flying solo

My roommate Kristin moved out a few weeks ago (sniff) and I’ve half-heartedly been looking for a new roommate…. I’ve made a pretty big decision. I decided I’m not going to take on a new roommate, and I’m going to live alone. It’ll be nice to have a spare bedroom/bathroom, and it’ll be extra nice to have the kitchen to myself. And to be able to walk around nekkid whenever I feel like it…. um, if I wanted to..
It’s scary, and it’s going to hit me pretty hard in the pocketbook. I don’t think I’ll be able to buy the new car that I’ve been saving up for. But it’s worth it to me - I’m nearly 30 years old and I’ve had roommates my entire life. It’s time for this girl to fly solo. Woooo!
