chocolate chip zucchini bread

Gray and rainy here in DC… and damn cold considering it’s nearly June!
I’m still staying pretty positive - I made chocolate chip zucchini bread and roasted artichoke-chicken calzones last night - cooking is hard work yo! - but I feel pretty good about what I’m eating. I know exactly what went in it (and how clean everything was). I resolve to cook more often. The downside is that I spent $100 on ingredients.. getting a big mac probably would have been cheaper.
Where did May go???
